The Best Wagyu Beef Experience Glen Waverley
Dive deep into Steak Ministry's beef repertoire, where each cut stands tall, a testament to its origin. From Sher's signature marbling to the robust essence of Myura Station, here lies the true essence of beef craftsmanship.
Sher Wagyu
Internationally acclaimed and universally celebrated for its unparalleled quality and intricate marbling, Sher Wagyu stands as a testament to premium luxury in beef. With a legacy dating back to 1991, the Sher family, based in Ballan, Central Victoria, has cultivated an award-winning lineage of both Fullblood and F1 Wagyu through their family-owned company, Beefcorp Australia. The meticulous care in each stage, from conception to consumer across their farms in Victoria and Southern NSW, guarantees an unmatched experience in every bite.
Every Sher Wagyu cattle begins its journey grazing on verdant pastures until 18 months of age. Thereafter, a carefully curated grain feed for over 400 days primes them to develop that signature marbling, ensuring a consistent, tender, juicy, and flavour-packed indulgence that has won accolades and admiration across the globe.
Mayura Station Wagyu
Located in the fertile Limestone Coast of South Australia, Mayura Station stands as a beacon of Wagyu excellence amidst rolling hills, pristine waters, and reliable rainfall. Established in 1845, it is one of Australia's most revered pastoral legends. The station's lineage of full-blood Wagyu, introduced to Australian shores in 1997, boasts pedigrees comparable to thoroughbred horses, setting a gold standard in beef quality.
We at Steak Ministry are honoured to feature two exclusive selections from Mayura's range: The Platinum Label Wagyu, harmoniously balancing marbling and distinguished flavours for a lusciously juicy and tender feast, and the Signature Series Wagyu, a masterpiece of high marbling, melding buttery and nutty undertones, a silken texture, and unmatched juiciness. It is full-blood Wagyu that truly leaves an indelible mark.
